Charcoal Black is a sultry, ink black SMP pigment from the Seif Sidky Quantum SMP Platinum Label line.
Made in collaboration with Seif Sidky from International Hairlines, these SMP pigments can be used straight up or mixed with the Quantum Mixing Solution.
The Platinum Label range of scalp micro-pigments from Quantum Cosmetic Inks are high-quality SMP pigments that meet EU REACH standards. Manufactured in the USA in small batches to ensure perfection and consistency, this pigment can be used alone or blended with others.
