Goldeneye Coloressense Pigments - Powder Black (PB) - 5ml

Powder Black is a deep black pigment with a special surface structure that absorbs blue light. It can be used to create powder effects in eyeliner, and only turns very slightly blue over time. Mix with Warm Brunette or Dark Redwood to tone down warm brown pigments, but add it carefully drop by drop.
