Monica Ivani is a world-renowned eyebrow artist and PMU teacher with her own unique hairstroke technique. This set of 4 pigments have each been premixed and are ready to use, but can also be combined to create custom tones.
This pigment set is a fully EU REACH-compliant collection that is suitable for use anywhere around the world. It comes with a small colour chart which explains the colour and uses of each pigment.
