EMALLA ELIOT needle cartridges are made with high-quality imported Japanese stainless steel needles, held together with lead-free soldering and encased within a medical grade polycarbonate shell. These cartridge shells have a large ink storage capacity, and their shape creates a smooth and uniform ink discharge, so that you can tattoo for longer without stopping to refill your cartridge.

Needle stability is increased with individually designed cartridge tips which hug the needles securely, and a drive bar with cross section. Both are supported by the three layer membrane system, which prevents the backflow of ink and blood while ensuring that the needle's movement is consistently steady.
